We are proud to announce that the Antarctic expedition involving our lab members, Joohyang Kim and Seoyoung Kim, has been featured in a major special report by The New York Times (NYT).
The 2025/26 K-NOW research cruise to the Thwaites Glacier has officially commenced. For this expedition, a reporting team from The New York Times is on board the icebreaker Araon to provide exclusive coverage of our research activities and the critical mission to study the melting glacier.
